Independent-Contractor Relationship
UDS Customer Service Professionals (CSPs) are 1099 independent contractors—not employees of Uniquely Driven Solutions LLC or Arise. Taxes are not withheld, and CSPs are responsible for their own tax obligations. Applicants must complete all applicable screening, equipment, onboarding, and client-program requirements before servicing. Client-program availability, service intervals, and earnings are not guaranteed.
Requirements & Upfront Costs
• Background check: currently $30 and generally valid for 36 months
• Some client programs may require a drug screening or additional screening requirements, which may involve additional costs
• Certification courses are currently free; however, a refundable Class Confirmation Deposit may be required when enrolling in a client program
Specific screening, equipment, enrollment, and client-program requirements may vary. Any applicable requirements and costs should be reviewed before enrolling in a client program. Arise® Platform requirements and fees are subject to change.
Ongoing Fees:
• UDS Service Fee: $79.99 per pay period when service revenue is earned. No UDS service fee is charged for a pay period in which no service revenue is earned. This fee covers administrative and business-support services provided by Uniquely Driven Solutions LLC.
• Arise® Platform Usage Fee: 5% of applicable service revenue is deducted each invoice cycle before payment to the CSP. This is a separate fee charged by Arise for use of the Arise® Platform and is subject to change.
These business fees are separate from tax obligations and are not tax withholdings.
